  First hand saw them have delays, excuses/lies, and poor communication with customers. You can do a google search to see. Took a month for granite. Apparently, they don't pay the vendors well and in turn the vendors go as slow as they want. Very disappointed.

  Like many reviewers, our kitchen was left for months without activities as we waited on the appliance, which was part of the contract. I was told they ran out of inventory; if I could purchase them, I would receive a refund. I went out to purchase the appliance in order to resume the work, however, I never got refund as promised by a written email. I tried to contact American Kitchen, but as we all found out later, it went out of business.
